INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- Cheese
- 1-1/4 fresh milk
- 1-1/4 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. iodized salt
- 1 tsp. powder color (optional)
STEAMING METHOD:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients such as flour, sugar, baking powder,and salt. Mix them well.
- If you want to add coloring on your muffin, then you have to dissolve the powder color in the milk and add it to the dry ingredients.
- Beat it well until smooth.
- Pour the mixture on your cupcake molds and put them to the steamer.
- Steam your muffin mixture for 20-25 minutes covered.
- After 20-25 minutes place a strip of cheese on top of each muffin and cover it again in order for the cheese to melt.
- Once you see the cheese strips melted it’s ready.
- Serve and enjoy!!
